In the design studio, open a placement (front, back, sleeve or label), choose Add Design, and upload a PNG, JPG, GIF or SVG file up to 100 MB. You can do it on a computer or a phone.
Don't worry about a perfect file: before production our team removes backgrounds and redraws (vectorises) every artwork so it prints sharply.
Details
Best files: a PNG with a transparent background, or an SVG. A high-resolution JPG also works.
Removing a background: on a print or heat-seal design, press Remove Background to preview it without the background. For embroidery, set Background inside design to Remove. If the removal doesn't look clean, upload the original anyway: our team removes it properly before production.
Blurry or small images: upload the largest version you have. A logo copied from a website or social media is often too small to print sharply; if you have the original file from your designer, use that.
Cropping: there's no crop tool in the studio, so crop your image before you upload it.
Where your uploads are: in the studio's logo panel, so you can reuse them on other placements and products. If you uploaded before signing in, they move to your account when you sign in.

Seamless repeat patterns (all-over prints on activewear and sleepwear) have their own rules: a repeating tile, 300 dpi or more, on a 64 脳 64 cm canvas, as a PSD file.
What we can't do
We can't print artwork you don't have the rights to use.
PDF, AI and PSD files can't be uploaded in the 3D studio. Export a PNG, or send the file to us on live chat or at [email protected] and we'll set it up and send you a mock-up.
