We can't guarantee a delivery date, and there's no rush or express production. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks of ordering, so if you have a deadline, order at least 4 weeks ahead and tell us the date.
Every piece is made to order once you check out. The time depends on the product and the finish.
Details
Streetwear and hats: about 2–3 weeks to make.
Activewear and sleepwear: about 3–4 weeks to make.
Can add time: large or oversized prints; finishes that need moulds or special machines (flocking, emboss, reflective and puff heat seal); several printing methods on one garment.
Delivery: included in the 2–4 weeks for most orders. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Plain garments with no print usually arrive faster, in about 1–2 weeks.
Paying for express shipping speeds up the delivery leg only, not production.
What we can't do
No rush or priority production.
No firm delivery dates: carriers and customs can add time, especially outside Australia.
No pick-up: orders ship directly from our manufacturing partners.
