Only if you have permission. You need the rights to everything you upload, such as your own logo, artwork you made, or artwork you've licensed. We can't print other brands' logos, characters or copyrighted artwork without the owner's permission.
Your own designs stay yours: anything you upload or email us is kept confidential and remains your intellectual property.

Your designs: you own them. We only use them to make your order.
Selling what you make: yes, you can sell products you design with Inkse under your own brand.
Licensed artwork: if you have a licence (for example for a team or band logo), you can use it within its terms.
Artwork from Inkse's library: follow the licence shown with it. Non-exclusive designs can be bought by others; exclusive designs can be bought only once.
Orders we may decline: under our terms we can refuse an order before we accept it, for example a design that infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful, hateful or offensive. If we do, we refund you in full.
What we can't do
Print trademarks, characters, sports or band logos, or other copyrighted work without the owner's permission.
