After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email showing:

A summary of the items purchased
Your selected delivery address
Your payment confirmation
This confirms that Inkse has received your order and is preparing it for production.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second email confirming dispatch. This email includes:
Your parcel tracking number
A direct link to track your parcel in real time
Your expected delivery timeframe
Tracking is active as soon as your parcel is scanned by the courier.
You can view live updates on your order at any time from the My Orders section of your Inkse dashboard. Each order will show one of the following statuses:
Processing: your order is being prepared for production
In Production: your order is currently being made
Shipped: your order has been dispatched and tracking is available
Out for Delivery: your parcel is with the courier and on its way to your address
Delivered: your parcel has arrived
This dashboard provides real time visibility into the entire manufacturing and delivery process.
If your dashboard shows Shipped or Out for Delivery but you have not received tracking details:
Check the email address you used at checkout
Look in your spam or junk folder
Ensure your inbox is not blocking automated emails
