Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Open the Neck Label Placement
Inside the 3D design experience, navigate to the neck label view. This is where you can upload, generate or create artwork for the inside of your garment.
Step 2: Add Your Design
Click Add Design and choose from three options:
AI Design
Generate an original logo or label design using text prompts.
Artwork Upload
Upload your finished logo file directly from your desktop.
Text Tool
Create a simple text based neck label using your brand name, tagline or slogan.
Step 3: Position and Scale Your Label
Use the arrow and scale tools to place and size your neck label. Ensure the artwork sits comfortably within the neckline area and remains easy to read. Subtle placement and balanced proportions help achieve a polished, brand level result.
Step 4: Select a Treatment Type
Choose a treatment option that suits the fabric and your branding style. Smooth print finishes are recommended for neck labels as they minimise irritation and maintain comfort when worn.
Step 5: For Custom Woven or Printed Labels
If you would like a sewn in or custom printed label as part of your garment construction, contact the Inkse team. Custom label programs can be arranged for larger production runs or elevated branding projects.
Common Questions
Can I include sizing or care information in the neck label
Yes. You may include this in your artwork. The neck label is printed exactly as you upload it. All garments include an unbranded size, care and content label sewn into the left seam that meets global labelling standards.
